The origin
Built from a frustration worth fixing
After years watching businesses struggle with technology adoption — not because the tools were wrong, but because people were left behind — Kasia Rutkowski decided enough was enough.
She founded OpsVance as the consulting firm she always wished existed: one that leads with empathy, earns trust through outcomes, and never treats technology as an end in itself.
The name says it all — OpsVance is short for Operations Advancement. Not tech advancement. Not tool advancement. Operations.

OpsVance is founded
Kasia and Robert Rutkowski launch OpsVance in Connecticut with a founding philosophy: People 1st, Process 2nd, Tools 3rd. A technology consultancy built differently from day one.

She's the strategic heart of OpsVance — the person who ensures every engagement starts with listening, not selling.
Robert Rutkowski
Co-Founder & CTO
Robert brings the technical depth that makes OpsVance's recommendations credible and its implementations durable. With certifications in security, cloud architecture, and project management, he's built to handle complexity.
